JOE Sbarra has made a return to Solihull Moors.

The attacking midfielder joins on a two-month loan from League Two side Doncaster Rovers.

Sbarra, 27 next month, made over 150 appearances for the Moors between 2020 and 2024, and played a pivotal role in some of the club’s most memorable moments during that time.

Moors say Sbarra brings with him ‘creativity, technical ability and a deep understanding of the Moors’ culture and values.’

Sbarra is set for another Solihull debut on Saturday when Scunthorpe United come to Damson Park.

Moors First Team Manager Chris Millington said: “Everyone on the playing staff and management team is delighted to have Joe back.

“He brings so much to the group both on and off the pitch, he has great affection for the club, and we know he’ll be desperate to contribute to our push to try and gather as many points as possible in the next two months”

Sbarra began his career as a youth with West Bromwich Albion before signing for Burton Albion.

He joined Solihull after being released by the Brewers – and was also called up to the England C squad in 2022.
