OLLY Hannon-Dalby has signed a new three-year deal with Warwickshire.
The contract extension will see the right-arm seamer through to his 17th season at Edgbaston after he joined from Yorkshire in 2013.
Hannon-Dalby, began the 2026 season on loan at Worcestershire, but was recalled by the Bears at the start of May, making an instant impact on his return by taking seven wickets in the match as the Bears beat Yorkshire by 377 runs in the Rothesay County Championship.
In the next game, he took five for 53 in the first innings against Glamorgan.
Hannon-Dalby went past 600 career wickets earlier this season and said: “If you’d have said to me that I’d end up staying here for 15 or 16 years, I’d have absolutely bitten your hand off.
“I was probably very close to leaving the game. No one really fancied taking a punt on me, but the guys here – Graeme Welch, Dougie Brown, Jim Troughton – took a bit of a gamble on me.
“To still be here 13 years later is absolutely brilliant and to have had some success along the way too, both personally and then as a team. I’ve been very lucky to have been part of some great teams and hopefully in the next few years we’ve got some more silverware to come.”
Hannon-Dalby has been a vital part of Warwickshire’s success in all formats since joining the Club.
