RICHARD Sneekes says Rushall Olympic have to produce more if they are to stay up this season.
The Pics were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Radcliffe, despite taking an early lead through Seb Thompson who headed home a Danny King cross after 15 minutes.
Thompson was making his debut after arriving on loan from Kidderminster Harriers.
And although Jordan Hulme levelled 17 minutes later, Radcliffe were reduced to 10 men before the break when Josh Hancock was sent off after clashing with keeper Paul White.
Boss Sneekes took the draw – but says Rushall needed three points at this stage of the season.
The Pics are still eight points away from safety, and their goal difference will not do them any favours if things get tight.
Sneekes told the club’s official YouTube channel: “We started off well, Seb came in and gave us. some legs, some intensity and he scored scored.
“But then they equalise out of absolutely nothing, it was naive.
“I don’t know what to say about it anymore, because it’s week in, week out – and it’s becoming boring.
“I’m saying the same thing, we want to stay up, so we’ve got to be better, it’s been the same all season.
“We are where we are for a reason. You can’t just blame one or two individuals, but as a team we keep, keep doing the same things, same things, wrong.
“Playing against 10 men was never going to be stroll in the park. And I said at half-time that, sometimes playing against 10 men is harder.
“We had a couple of glorious chances towards the end but we’ll take a point.
“It stops the rot, but it’s not enough. We’ll keep going. We won’t give up in the end. I’ve told them that giving up’s for quitters. And we don’t quit, we’ll keep fighting until the very end. But we’ve got to be better.”
