KIDDERMINSTER Harriers boss Adam Murray insisted his side did not deserve their last-gasp defeat at home to Darlington on Saturday.
Harriers are still in the National League North play-off places – but failed to make the most of the chances they created at Aggborough.
Darlington struck at the end of each half – with Matty Cornish’s winner coming two minutes into stoppage time.
Ryley Reynolds’ equaliser came after 52 minutes – but Harriers could not build on that.
Murray told the club’s official YouTube channel: “In both boxes, we were outstanding. We dominated the game, creating chance after chance, after chance, after chance.
“One minute at the end of the first half and one minute at the end of the second half has cost us.
“But for 95 per cent of the game, we controlled it.
“We’ve killed ourselves again, that’s tough to take – we didn’t deserve that.
“It’s just poor decision-making. We got complacent. We’ve, again, been way on top of the game and one ball down in the middle and we’ve not dealt with it. It’s basic. It’s a basic, any level of football, the ball should be out the ground.
“We had a conversation about it afterwards, but if we’re going make decisions like that, you’re gonna get punished.
“The really disappointing thing is, I never felt at threat at all.
“We’ve had territory, we’ve had the ball, we’ve had some really good players, we’ve created chances.
“I’m getting bored of saying it. But unfortunately, I can’t can’t get on the pitch and put the ball in the net myself.”

An inswinging cross from Finlay Sinclair-Smith was headed home by Adam Anson after 10 minutes and that proved to be the winner.
