KIDDERMINSTER Harriers boss Adam Murray said his side showed ‘arrogance’ after giving away a two-goal lead at Southport.
Harriers looked set to take the points when they went ahead before the break with goals from Zanda Siziba and Amari Morgan-Smith.
But Southport hit back after the break and levelled with two goals from Jordan Slew.
And it left Murray frustrated with the performance yet again, with Harriers 12 points behind National League North leaders South Shields.
Murray told the club’s YouTube channel: “I keep telling people we’ve not got a ruthless edge. We could’ve had five by half-time.
“But there was an arrogance in the second half.
“For 40 odd minutes, we’d suffocated them and they couldn’t get out of their half – the game should be done at half-time.
“But the ball has to go in the net. Then we conceded two goals from two errors. I’m finding it really frustrating because I’m saying the same things every week and I need people to take responsibility.
“Everything that was put in place was there to win the game.
“We dominated and had 50 box entries.
“There’s a certain part of this team that needs improvement. And until we do that, we’re going to keep getting the same situations.”
