BIRMINGHAM City’s Arthur Cup memorial game against Solihull Moors has been rearranged for later this month.
The game due to be played at Solihull was postponed on Wednesday – but now it will take place on July 23, with a switch to St Andrew’s.
Complications with the playing surface at Moors’ Damson Park, meant the game had to be postponed.
The rearranged fixture kicks-off at 7.30pm.
A statement on the Blues website says: “Despite the challenges, both clubs recognised the importance of making sure that this fixture could take place as we honour the memory of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes, and we thank all supporters for their understanding.”
It adds that all tickets purchased for the original fixture are no longer valid and full refunds will be issued by Solihull Moors.
Tickets for the rearranged game will go on sale via Blues’ Ticket Office and online from 10am on Friday, July 18. The virtual waiting room will be open from 9am.
Tickets will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 concessions, with The Tilton and Kop stands being open and no segregation in place. Blues add that the club shop will also remain open until kick-off.
The statement says: “A limited amount of pop-up food and drink options will be available, but supporters should be made aware that there will not be same provisions that are usually in place for a fixture at St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park.
“The game will also be streamed via Blues+ with match passes going on sale from Monday, July 21.
“Any supporter who purchased a match pass for the original date will be automatically refunded.”
