SCOTT Adey-Linforth belives Bromsgrove’s players were rewarded for keeping the faith after two-goal Jamie Meddows floored Sudbury.
Sporting’s boss was overjoyed with back-to-back victories over Barwell and the Suds moved the Rouslers clear of immediate danger at the foot of the table.
Bromsgrove now enjoy a six-point buffer between them and the relegation pack – a big improvement from when he assumed control four months ago.
Meddows started the ball rolling with a neat finish after good work from on-loan Solihull Moors’ youngster Finn Holmes.
And a left-footed effort in first-half injury time, turning home a pass from Billy Shaw gave the Rouslers breathing space.
A third five minutes from the end thanks to Theo Robinson’s neat lob rounded off matters.
Great win, 2 goals and an assist.

Adey-Linford said: “I felt the game was edgy in the first 15. The pitch was lively and we were giving away sloppy passes and we looked open on the counter.
“But we defended well thoughout the game, we scored at good times. The first settled us down, the second was a good one to get before half-time.
“We had to defend we were under pressure but I felt we were in control and the third rounded it off. Without the ball, everyone was brilliant.
“We’ve had a few home games where we have been beaten on fine margins. I knew it would come back eventually and that was the case today.”
