COLESHILL Town held up Worcester City’s Northern Premier League Midlands Division play-off bid in a six goal epic at Pack Meadow.
Shaq Leachman-Whittingham put Coleshill ahead after only three minutes – but Zach Guinan and Elliott Hartley gave the Worcester the lead inside 20 minutes.
Sopuruchukwu Obieri added a third for City and the game looked all but over.
But Coleshill had other ideas and Ben Usher-Shipway pulled one back seven minutes into the second half before Taylor Carter-Byrne struck a dramatic late equaliser to earn a point.
Sporting Khalsa were also held up after a 2-2 draw with Coventry Sphinx. Andre Landell gave Khalsa a 16th minute lead before Jamie Draper levelled for Sphinx.
Kristian Green looked to have won the game for Khalsa when he scored with 10 minutes left. But Luke Shearer scored Coventry’s second equaliser four minutes into stoppage time.
Darlaston’s play-off hopes were dented as they were held at home by Wellingborough Town.

Aaron Bishop opened the scoring at The Paycare Stadium, but the Northamptonshire side equalised with eight minutes left through Tyler Winters.
Racing Club Warwick fought back from a goal down to win 3-1 at Sutton Coldfield Town.
Sutton took the lead after four minutes through Callum Wilson – but Josh Willis equalised.
Warwick took the lead with a Max McNulty penalty before Cameron Ebbutt made it three with five minutes left.
Boldmore St Michaels drew 0-0 at relegation-threatened Grantham – and Rugby Town and Lye Town’s clash was also goal-less. Both sides are in the bottom four and in need of three points, but they had to make do with honours even.
