KIDDERMINSTER boss Adam Murray praised his forwards for getting on the scoresheet as Harriers progressed to the third round of the FA Trophy.
Luke Spokes opened the scoring against Corby Town with Amari Morgan-Smith and Kurt Willoughby netting in the second half.
It meant Harriers swept past their Northern Premier League Midlands Division opponents in front just under 1,500 at Aggborough.
Murray told the club’s YouTube channel: “We’ve said a number of times that the goals have to come from other areas. I felt, in the last few games, we’ve been a real threat from setpieces as well.
“I thought with every corner here, we looked like we could go and score, but for the centre forwards to get off the mark was really good.
“We had a lot of energy in the final third, we’ve done a lot of work on it over the last couple of weeks.
“But our decision making was better. We weren’t rushing that final shot, pass or cross, and that ended up in a high quality of chances. We didn’t kill as many pigeons today, which was nice!”
Leamington are also in the hat for the next round after Saturday’s 2-0 win over Maidenhead
Ewan Williams opened the scoring after 10 minutes, with Tim Berridge adding the second just before the hour mark.
Alvechurch needed penalties to get past Real Bedford at Lye Meadow.
Kieran Wakefield celebrated his birthday with the goal that put Tim Flowers’ side ahead after seven minutes.
But Bedford levelled just after the hour mark and that meant a shoot-out which Alvechurch won 4-3.
Flowers told the club’s official YouTube channel: “It was a sensational effort to get the game on with the weather we had.
“But, make no mistake, Bedford have got some serious players.
“We were really up against it in terms of numbers. On a different occasion, we could’ve been gutted like a fish. We started to tire a little bit in the second half.
“But we dug in and gave everything, as long as they do that, I’ll take what happens.
“I’m eyeing who I’ll pick on Tuesday against Halesowen. They’re another huge team in our league. We have to think of something where we don’t go there and get hammered. We’ll need a body count.”
AFC Telford made it through to the third round thanks to a spectacular free-kick from Charlie Williams, seven minutes into stoppage time at Chesham United.

Matty Stenson gave Telford an early lead before the National League side made it 1-1 before the break.
But it was Williams’ goal that stole the show and won the tie.
Bucks manager Kevin Wilkin told the club’s YouTube channel: “I’m delighted to get through and delighted for Charlie.
“He can count himself unlucky not to have had more minutes for us – but his attitude has been first class, and he comes up with a goal like that.
“Our performance was solid enough, but there was some looseness in our play to give them some encouragement.”
