TAMWORTH are 10 points clear of the National League’s relegation zone after substitute Kyle Finn’s late equaliser earned a 1-1 draw at Woking.
Andy Peaks’ side looked to be heading for defeat in this mid-table battle.
But Finn struck with just two minutes left on the clock – for his first goal of the season.
Harry Beautyman saw an effort brilliantly saved by Lambs keeper Jas Singh – and George Morrison went close for Tamworth in a first half of few chances.
But Woking went ahead in the 78th minute when substitute Inih Effiong sent Singh the wrong way with a penalty.

Matt Ward’s left footed effort struck the outstretched arm of Tom Tonks, with Abigail Byrne pointing to the spot as a result.
But Tamworth responded in the 88th minute when Finn slotted home after Dan Creaney’s knockdown from Leicester City loanee Arjan Raikhy’s cross.
It was a performance that again showed the character Peaks’ side have brought to the fifth tier this season.
The Lambs responded well despite falling behind to late in the game.
